Most of our jewelry is crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver or 18k Gold Vermeil. Some of our fashion-forward pieces are made from brass with high-quality plating to ensure a premium finish at an accessible price.
How should I care for my Astrid & Miyu pieces?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original pouch provided, to prevent oxidation and scratching.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects, but does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
Can I get my jewelry engraved?
We offer a selection of engravable pieces that can be personalized with initials or special dates. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing on all personalized orders.
