Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging for a successful return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original Astrid & Miyu box and use appropriate outer packaging to protect the items during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or send out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
